Delivery

There are different delivery methods offered on the site.

For France :

• Colissimo (delivery within 48h to 72h)
• Chronopost Express at home or at a Relay Point (delivery within 24 hours).
• For Paris and IDF, I can also choose to collect in store (see Click & Collect)

For the French Overseas Territories, Europe and internationally:

• La Poste (delivery within 3 to 10 days depending on the area)
• Chronopost Express at home (delivery within 24 to 48 hours)

Average delivery time is calculated from the date of shipment.

From Monday to Friday, all orders registered before 9 a.m. (Paris local time) are shipped the same day (subject to availability of the item, excluding public holidays and exceptional closures).

Orders validated after 9 a.m. are processed the next business day. Please note: during holiday periods and sales, the preparation time may be extended by one or two days.
