The return period is 14 days from receipt. Products must be intact, complete, labeled, with their protective cover, and not worn or damaged. Return shipping is free for returns outside the EU.

Return shipping costs will be automatically deducted from the refund.

Exchanges are only possible for the same model in a different color (excluding promotions). The credit note is not refundable at a later date.

Step 1: I access the return portal.
Step 2 : I enter the order number and the email address used when ordering
Step 3: I choose the items I want to return or exchange.
Step 4: I print the return label OR I select the return directly in the nat & nin store
Step 5: I stick the label on my package (if postal return) and drop it off at the Relais Point OR I drop it off at the nat & nin store
